3. Description of Services
We provide coaching and educational services (exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle education), online consultations, memberships, and digital products (such as books and courses). Each product or service is described on its respective page. Access is typically delivered via email, client portal, or direct download immediately after payment is confirmed.
4. Use of Content
All content on this site, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, articles, and coaching materials, is for informational purposes only. This content is not a substitute for medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns. You agree not to redistribute or resell any content without our written permission.
5. Payment & Billing
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the agreed amount. Prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Billing for memberships is recurring every four (4) weeks.
You must agree to these Terms, including the Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy in Section 6, by clicking the checkbox at checkout before any payment is processed.
6. Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
6.1 One-Off Appointments
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Appointments can be rescheduled if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
- Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
6.2 Monthly Memberships
- Memberships are billed automatically every 4 weeks unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- You can cancel at any time through your account dashboard (Subscriptions) or by emailing contact@DrGeorgios.com
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel at least 3 business days before your next billing date.
- We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing cycle, except where required by law.
EEA/UK consumers (services): If you request that coaching services begin during the 14-day withdrawal period, you may be required to pay for services provided up to the time you cancel, as permitted by applicable consumer law.
6.3 Digital Products (Books, Courses, Downloads, and Digital Access)
All digital products are delivered electronically.
- Outside the EEA/UK (where permitted by law): all digital product sales are final once access is delivered.
- EEA and UK consumers: you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. If you request immediate access or delivery, we will ask you to provide prior express consent to begin delivery and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
6.4 EEA and UK Right of Withdrawal (How to Exercise It)
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an unequivocal statement to contact@DrGeorgios.com within 14 days of concluding the contract (for services and digital content) or within 14 days of receiving goods (if applicable). You may use the EU model withdrawal form where available.
7. Delivery Policy
- Digital products are delivered via email or download link immediately after purchase.
- Coaching sessions begin based on mutual scheduling after your onboarding.

8. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials and ensuring your use of the site is lawful. You may not introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt service functionality.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials on this site are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
10. Data Privacy & Security
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment data is handled through PCI DSS compliant processors.

11.2 Disputes
If you believe there is a billing error, contact us at contact@DrGeorgios.com and we will try to resolve it. If a chargeback is filed, we may provide relevant records to payment processors and card networks, including order confirmation, delivery logs, and these Terms.

We may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or actions of third-party sites.
13. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages related to your use of the website, services, or content, including missed appointments, health outcomes, or service interruptions.

We may refuse service in jurisdictions where our services cannot be lawfully offered or supported.

16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Exclusive jurisdiction is the state and federal courts located in Wyoming. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.
