5. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the agreed amount. Prices are shown in Euros unless otherwise specified. Billing for memberships is recurring every four (4) weeks.

You must agree to the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy by clicking the checkbox at checkout before any payment is processed.

6. Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

6.1 One-Off Appointments

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Appointments can be rescheduled if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
• Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

6.2 Monthly Memberships

• Memberships are billed automatically every 4 weeks.
• You may cancel anytime by sending written notice at least 3 business days before your next billing date.
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
• Missed sessions or non-use of services do not qualify for refunds.

6.3 Digital Products (Guides, Programs)

• All sales of digital products are final.
• Due to the nature of immediate access and delivery, no refunds are offered on digital goods.

7. Delivery Policy

• Digital products are delivered via email or download link immediately after purchase.
• Coaching sessions begin based on mutual scheduling after your onboarding.
• If you do not receive access or delivery within 24 hours, please contact us.

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials and ensuring your use of the site is lawful. You may not introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt service functionality.
