The scientist who turns cancer lifestyle evidence into a plan you can live.
Dr. Georgios works at the intersection of exercise physiology, biomedicine, behavior change and the realities of cancer treatment.
He holds a doctorate in exercise physiology and a master’s degree in biomedicine, has completed three postdoctoral research appointments and is a published researcher, including in exercise oncology.
His practice is built on a precise principle: lifestyle deserves to be treated as a serious component of cancer care. He translates research into specific decisions about training, nutrition, recovery and daily behavior, then adjusts those decisions as the client’s treatment and body change.
Dr. Georgios focuses on diagnosed prostate and colorectal cancer, including advanced and metastatic disease and life with an ostomy. He personally leads every coaching relationship. You are never handed to a generic trainer or left with a static template.
